This project seeks to revitalize Los Angeles's urban landscape by activating one of the most abundant, yet underutilized spaces -- the parking structure.
PROPOSED COMMUTE MODEL
Since these activities or errands are necessary on a daily basis and there are already an abundant amount of parking structures. Perpetual Lot combines both aspects to help with efficiency.

CURRENT COMMUTE MODEL
On a daily asis, Los Angeles people commute 1.2 hours. Every new activity requires drivers to return to their car and change to a different parking structure. The current model is inefficient and also contributes to the congested traffic situation of this city.

Errands are placed with reference to a simplified version of the hierarchy of needs.
